Organize and prepare these simple documents: W2, Pay stubs and Bank statements to find out how much home you can afford. We will discuss payment examples based on a set of examples like Sale price, Taxes and Insurance. Upon completion, we will issue a Pre-Approval letter.
Now that you’ve done your homework, it’s time to enjoy looking for that special place that you can call home.

After securing a signed contract, we will go through, complete and sign the loan application.
This is where our completed application gets submitted then reviewed by an underwriter that will also allow us to order an appraisal to determine the subject property’s official market value. Next, we will get an “initial underwriting approval” that will have a list of outstanding items (called “underwriting conditions”) to be satisfied towards getting a clear to close.
After getting a clear to close, you will be receiving an approved Closing Disclosure or CD that contains all the charges and costs prior to the actual time of closing. Your loan will be scheduled for closing where the Buyer, Seller, both Attorneys and a Title closer will be working together to get the final documents signed and approved by the funding lender.
